Abstract
|
|
|
Dermoid cyst of the nose presents difficult management problem because of its complexity and rarity.
Confusion with other benign lesions such as sebaceous cyst, inclusion cyst, hemangioma, lipoma, glioma, encephalocele is possible.
Incompletely excised cyst recurs and the final result is usually less acceptable than that following total complete excision.
One case of dermoid cyst with sinus tract of the nose treated surgically is presented.
